✪ Overview ✪
Always one with the knack for adventure, Sonic the Hedgehog was a natural-born hero! His drive to help those in need propelled him to be an icon, throughout his entire world!
However, this ceaseless drive for thrill would not always be so rewarding for the hedgehog...
✪ Personality ✪
More or less the same as his past self, with just a few minor quirks:
Nearly volatile impatience.
Cares more about the adventure and the thrill, than about the heroic aspect.
Will always help everyone, but won't always get around to it as quickly, depending on the situation. Especially when it comes to people who aren't helpless.
Sonic is not a jerk, or a rude person. No, do not mistake this: He will always be a hero. He will always care for others.
These are just small things he has to learn to tidy up again. And he will, in time.
✪ Abilities ✪
Here are all of the abilities the hedgehog has knowledge of thus far:
Super Speed
Able to move at a speed akin to hypersonic.
Spindash
Can curl up into a Spinball to build up speed. When released, he launches in his predetermined direction at top speed instantly!
Homing Attack
The ability to curl himself into a Spinball and launch towards a specific target with great precision.

✪ Super Sonic ✪
A form that can be achieved with the power of all Chaos Emeralds, if Sonic has the intentions of performing a morally positive action with their power.
It amplifies all of his abilities tenfold, and grants him the ability to fly, as well as utilize Chaos Control without an emerald.
This will get updated as it is deemed necessary!

Sonic's impatience shows physically; in the form of fidgeting, or restless tendencies, like pacing.
His fur stands up whenever he feels as though he is no longer safe.

This AU takes place in a story where the hero, Sonic, has actually been bested; being critically injured and out of commission for a while.
The injury caused severe damage to the head (more specifically the brain), causing the hedgehog to basically lose part of himself.
The only things that were retained where the relationships of all of his friends and family, as well as a faint know-how of some natural abilities of his.
His memory of the battle that gave him this major setback is all fuzzy, and he constantly is searching for the remaining pieces to his puzzle of life. His main goal is to rebuild himself from the ground up, and perhaps, go even higher than he was before!
But he'll need some help.
Rather than bore you with a summary like in my previous carrds, I'd like to introduce a new feature I've come up with!

It's for the people who're curious about the story, but don't want to read all the threads, or for those who maybe missed out on something and need clarification.
